Getting Started with Fincory

Introduction

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the FINCORY app.

Before you begin

  • You must have an active Shopify store with 100+ customers subscribed to your emails.
  • The Shopify FINCORY app must be installed on your store : https://apps.shopify.com/fincory
  • You must have an active Klaviyo account.

Instructions

Step 1 — Connect your Klaviyo account

  1. Launch FINCORY Shopify application
  2. Navigate to "https://admin.[your store].apps/fincory-dev/app/welcome"
  3. Click "Continuer".
  4. You are redirected to "https://admin.[your store].apps/fincory-dev/app/connect"
  5. Click Connecter Klaviyo.
  6. On the popup window, use your Klaviyo credentials to log in, then allow the asked permissions.
  7. Close the popup and click "Continuer".

Step 2 — Select your pricing plan

  1. You are redirected to "https://admin.[your store].apps/fincory-dev/app/billing"
  2. Close the popup and click "Sélectionner ce plan".
  3. You are redirected to the Shopify pricing page, approve the billing agreement.

Step 3 — Launch a campaign

  1. You are redirected to "https://admin.[your store].apps/fincory-dev/app/campaigns"
  2. Wait for the campaigns generation to complete.
  3. On any campaign, click Créer la campaign.
  4. On the settings modal, click "Générer l'email" and wait for the email to be generated.
  5. On the email preview, click Lancer la campagne"
  6. Go to your Klaviyo account campaigns page and see the scheduled campaign.

Confirm your setup is working

  1. Navigate to Klaviyo account campaigns page.
  2. See the scheduled campaign.

Outcome

You've now set up your FINCORY app with Klaviyo and Shopify.

Data Synced to Klaviyo via FINCORY

How to disconnect your Klaviyo account

Introduction

In this article, you'll learn how to disconnect your Klaviyo account from FINCORY. After completing these steps, FINCORY will no longer have access to your Klaviyo account and all data syncing will stop.

Before you begin

  • You must have previously connected a Klaviyo account to FINCORY. If you haven't, refer to the Getting Started with FINCORY guide above.
  • Disconnecting your Klaviyo account will immediately stop all active campaign syncing. Any campaigns already scheduled in Klaviyo will not be affected.

Instructions

  1. Launch the FINCORY Shopify application.
  2. Navigate to Configuration through the navigation menu.
  3. You are redirected to "https://admin.[your store].apps/fincory-dev/app/configure"
  4. See the status of your Klaviyo connection : "Connexion valide" in a green badge.
  5. Click Déconnecter Klaviyo.
  6. Click Confirmer on the confirmation dialog.
  7. See the new status of your Klaviyo connection change to "Connexion expirée" in a red badge.

Outcome

Your Klaviyo account has been successfully disconnected. FINCORY no longer has access to your Klaviyo data and all syncing has stopped.

Next steps

You can reconnect your Klaviyo account at any time by clicking the button "Reconnecter Klaviyo".
